The hotel staffs are very attentive and helpful. The room service I will not utilize. The elevators are extremely time consuming and slow. The breakfast room is reasonable for the standard of the hotel. The internet is very slow and often it is not possible to connect to wifi. The rooms are roomy however many beds are not comfortable, the mattress is warped.

I had some delay in the requests I did regards an extra bed and other issues. I think as they just join the voila are not prepared to attend the customers according the membership status. I mean, they don't provide welcome amenities and also the daily newspaper in your room.

Horrible stay 1/7/2015 1:19:16 AM
Room was not clean and ready when we checked in. The bed was wet due to a AC problem. There are construction sites all around the hotel building. Slow elevators, poor restaurant service.
