Friendly efficient service at the front desk, double-checked fitness club hours for me. There was a hand-written welcome card waiting in my room from the general manager. I appreciate the wall panel of power plugs including built-in usb outlet. Loved the ipod dock/clock radio. Bathrooms are beautifully renovated and clean. The included breakfast has gluten-free bread available. Each room has its own wifi login. Used the business centre twice while at staying here for a seminar.

This was my second stay at the St. Regis, both times over 5 nights. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Convention center, shopping and dining. The St. Regis Bar & Grill was the best food I had all week! To bad I didn't "discover" it until the last night! The front desk and service were impeccable. When I called with a request, they were right on it. The complimentary cook to order Breakfast each morning was a great way to start my day. Love free WiFi & international calls!!

Very attentive staff. Stylish room that was very clean and well apointed. Central to all amenities. The inclusion of breakfast with a wonderful waiter was an added bonus. Gotham Steakhouse was awesome too.

Excellent stay for about a week. The complimentary Wi-Fi and international calls were perfect for long-haul travelers who need to stay in touch. Cook to order breakfast can get busy, so when in a hurry leave out the eggs and bacon and go for the fruit and healthy, no-cook option. The Fiji water and chocolate at turn down were nice touches. Power plugs and desk space was sufficient. The compact bathroom was thoughtfully designed with a good-sized shower and a lit-up make-up mirror.
