ATENDIMENTO DOS MELHORES QUE JÁ ENCONTREI NO BRASIL, DESDE A RECEPÇÃO, SEGURANÇA, CAMAREIRAS, RESTAURANTES, PISCINA ETC. TODO O PESSOAL MUITO GENTIL E TREINADO, TODAS AS INFORMAÇÕES PEDIDAS SÃO PRONTAMENTE RESPONDIDAS. NÃO ENTENDO PORQUE UM HOTEL DESTE NAIPE NÃO É CONSIDERADO 5 ESTRELAS INTERNACIONAL.

Gostei muito desta unidade em Salvador. A equipe de funcionários super simpáticos e atenciosos. O Hotel estava em reformas mas não houve nenhum incomodo. Se já estava muito bom imaginem como ficará depois da reforma. Certamente voltarei assim que tiver oportunidade.

Pessoal muito atencioso, pronto atendimento de qualquer pedido, acomodações excelentes: quarto, cama, banheiro e ar condicionado (sugiro tirar a banheira para economia de água), piscina (poderia ser climatizada) e academia tudo de primeira. Ótimo!!!
