اقمت والاسرة لأول مرة في مكارم ام اقرى بمكة المكرمة سعدت في اول اتصال بهم بالسيد داوود الذي قدم لنا سعر خاص واحسن بالترحيب بنا في مكارم وبعد وصولنا كان موظفي الاستقبال اكثر حفاوة وتكريم إضافة الى وجود وسيلة مواصلات للحرم ترددية سهلت لنا أداء الصلوات بكل يسر وسهولة فلهم ولادارتهم كل الشكر والتقدير ..الملاحظة البسيطة هي عدم وجود خدمة الطعام بعد الساعة 12ليلا سوى وجبات سريعة وهذا نامل إعادة النظر فية لعدم وجود مطاعم قريبة من الفندق والقادم من خارج مكة للعمرة يصل باي وقت.

the rooms are clean and spacious. beddings are comfortable. hotel focuses on conserving resources and minimize waste, in food and water, which is appreciable. the breakfast was okay. thursady was better n friday it was a chaos, no frequent refills. delay in cleaning of tables to meet the high turnover.if 5 star, fresh egg preparation station is missing. the shuttle to haram is good, but no accountability n control by hotel. it seems outsourced. night staff did not resolve shuttle issue

i am staying in Makkah hotels since 2011, even passed 2 nights in Hilton Makkah but this hotel is a class and management is very cooperative, in short every thing from room, washroom till complimentary breakfast , every thing is excellent , got parking in Hotel and 4 times went to Haram by using Hotel buses and never be late or waited for more than 5 minutes
