Our Creator The Hotel Encanto is the inspiration of the prominent Mexican architect Miguel Angél Aragónes, who conceived the project as a tribute to the sea. Original creation of the famous Mexican chef Mónica Patiño, our restaurant Flor de Mar 360 °, has the main character to the product. To accommodate natural cuisine with Asian touches and flavors contrasting, (always fresh) all ingredients are carefully selected and merged. One of our secrets is that we use fleur de sel, the queen of salts, which combines perfectly clear with the purity of our ingredients.
